On September 15, Qiushui Semiconductor announced the launch of a new "Leyu AR" glasses product based on its own technology. It plans to achieve small batch mass production and send samples to customers in early October, becoming the second domestic manufacturer with mass production capabilities for AR products. It has the advantages of high brightness, low power consumption and miniaturization. The application scenarios cover the fields of consumer entertainment, medical care, education, industry and military industry, and is positioned as the next generation of smart wearable core hardware. According to the data, Suzhou Qiushui Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in November 2022. It is based on the damage-free Micro-LED chip technology route pioneered by the founder and integrates the advanced 8-inch semiconductor hybrid bonding technology.The manufacturing process builds a bridge connecting the micro and macro from the five dimensions of light, electricity, heat, force and stability, fundamentally solves a series of core key problems in Micro-LED technology such as large material damage, low optical efficiency, low process yield, and difficulty in colorization, and provides Qiushui's unique Micro-LED chip products to global customers.
