Unilumin Technology won the bid for the large screen project of Shaanxi Coal Group, with the winning bid amount of 14.8889 million yuan

Qichacha data shows that according to the "Announcement of Winning Bid Result of Procurement and Installation of Large Screen Framework Agreement for the Whole Plant Large Screen Framework Agreement for the First Phase of the 15 Million Ton/Year Coal Quality Clean and Efficient Conversion Demonstration Project of Olefins, Aromatics and Deep Processing Engineering", Unilumin Technology announced on June 10, 2026 that it had won the bid for the Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. procurement project, with the winning bid amount being 14.8889 million yuan.

Since the beginning of this year, Unilumin Technology’s transactions and business operations have been frequent. On April 21, Unilumin Technology issued a daily related-party transaction announcement stating that the company expects to carry out daily related-party transactions in material procurement with Shenzhen Zhuoxunhui Plastic Products Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Zhuochuang Weiye Industrial Co., Ltd. from January 1 to December 31, 2026, with a total estimated transaction amount of 180 million yuan.

Among them, the purchase amount of LED display plastic masks and bottom cases from Zhuo Xunhui is estimated to be 90 million yuan, and the purchase amount of LED display cabinets from Zhuo Chuang Weiye is estimated to be 90 million yuan.
