Digital light, enlightening the future—“digital intelligence” practice under the FAITH business philosophy

Under the guidance of Guangsheng Holding Group's FAITH business philosophy, Nationstar Semiconductor's digital transformation is accelerating from planning to implementation. The recently launched two key upgrades, "monitoring batch query and visual reminder system" and "intelligent production reporting system", are based on the real needs of the front line of the workshop, marking that the digital intelligence of enterprises no longer just solves a single problem, but begins to move toward systematic support for the entire process.

Intelligent upgrade of monitoring system

From human eye inspection to active early warning

Traditional equipment monitoring relies on manual inspection one by one, which is inefficient and prone to omissions. To this end, Nationstar Semiconductor has created a "monitoring batch query and visual reminder system" to achieve two core breakthroughs:

●Batch query, simplifying complexity: The system supports customizing equipment groups according to production line layout, achieving "one-click query, global control", greatly liberating manpower.

●Color-coded early warning, clear at a glance: By connecting to real-time data, the system dynamically identifies equipment status in three colors of "green, yellow, and red", and actively pushes abnormal information, realizing the transformation from "people looking for abnormalities" to "reporting abnormalities".

After the system went online, the operator workload was reduced by more than 50%, the abnormality identification efficiency was increased by 3 times, and an intelligent defense line was built for production stability and quality control.

Production report system optimization

From data stacking to decision support

In response to the problems of incomplete data dimensions and cumbersome operations in the original production report, Nationstar Semiconductor has targeted optimization of the key output and in-process report system, focusing on two major improvements:

●Smart filtering and merging: A new process site option box is added to realize rapid filtering and one-click merging of key process data, greatly simplifying the operation process.

●Data hierarchical presentation: clearly divide the in-process data into three categories: "planned internal production", "planned external production" and "total production" to improve the transparency and analyzability of production progress.

After optimization, the report processing efficiency increased by more than 30%, providing a more accurate and timely data basis for production scheduling and resource planning.

This upgrade stems from front-line insights, results from industry-technical collaboration, and is ultimately reflected in the dual improvement of efficiency and accuracy.
