On June 3, Sanan Optoelectronics announced that the transfer registration of 74.27 million unrestricted shares of Fujian Sanan Group Co., Ltd., the company’s indirect controlling shareholder, that was judicially auctioned, has been completed. Among them, Xiamen Guomao Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. received 63.0937 million shares, accounting for 1.26% of the total share capital, becoming the largest buyer in this auction.

★Huike Co., Ltd. officially launched the main board IPO, planning to raise 8.5 billion yuan

According to news on June 4, Huike Co., Ltd. issued a letter of intent for an initial public offering of stocks and listing on the main board, officially launching the A-share main board issuance and listing process. Huike's IPO plans to raise 8.5 billion yuan, which will be invested in Changsha's new OLED R&D and upgrade project, Changsha Oxide R&D and industrialization project, Mianyang Mini LED smart manufacturing project and supplementary working capital.

★Qiu Shui Semiconductor received nearly 200 million yuan in financing to build an 8-inch hybrid bonding production line

On June 1, Micro LED microdisplay chip company Qiu Shui Semiconductor announced the completion of Pre-A and Series A financing, totaling nearly 200 million yuan. The funds will be mainly used for the construction of an 8-inch hybrid bonding mass production line in Ningbo High-tech Zone. It is reported that after the plant is put into production, it will be able to produce thousands of 8-inch wafers per month, corresponding to the annual supply capacity of more than 10 million Micro LED chips.

★Dongshan Precision invested over 1.2 billion yuan in optical module and CPO projects

According to news on June 4, Yancheng Dongshan Precision, a subsidiary of Dongshan Precision, plans to build two major optical communication industry projects in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Among them, the total investment in the high-speed optical module device manufacturing technical transformation project is 1 billion yuan, with a planned annual output of 5 million high-speed optical module devices, using COB packaging technology; the total investment in the CPO technology product research and development and industrialization project is 223 million yuan, with a planned annual output of 4,800 CPO products.

★Luxury car Bugatti crosses over into the TV industry and launches Micro LED TV with C SEED

According to news on June 5, recently, sports car brand Bugatti and Austrian luxury display equipment brand C SEED officially reached a cooperation to jointly launch C SEED BUGATTI N1 joint TV. The product is available in 110-inch and 137-inch sizes, equipped with 4K Micro LED display technology, and integrates the design language of Bugatti supercars with the iconic folding mechanical structure of C SEED.

★GIGABYTE launches the world's first 5K three-mode Mini LED gaming monitor

On June 2, GIGABYTE announced the launch of the AORUS ELITE series of monitors. The flagship product FM275K16P is the world's first 27-inch 5K glossy Mini LED three-mode gaming monitor with a pixel density of 218ppi and uses 2304 zone local dimming technology. According to news on June 2, recently, the underground construction phase of the Shanghai Digital Light Source Chip Advanced Packaging and Testing Base Project has basically ended and has entered the above-ground main structure construction phase. According to the plan, after the project is completed, it will form an industrial chain collaboration system covering chip design, packaging, testing, manufacturing, and mass production applications. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 1.2 million Micro LED light source chips and 600,000 sets of car light modules.

★Shaanxi Guoxing Semiconductor’s LED chip packaging and testing project has been partially put into production, with an annual production capacity of 50 billion lamp beads

According to news on June 2, Shaanxi Guoxing Semiconductor Technology’s LED display chip packaging and testing project in Shenmu City has made progress. At present, Factory No. 1 has been officially put into production, and Factory Buildings No. 4 and 5 are under construction and are expected to be put into trial production in August this year. The total investment of this project is about 1.6 billion yuan, mainly building 1,000 SMD RGB LED packaging production lines, 100 SMT RGB production lines and semiconductor IC product packaging production lines. After completion, the annual production capacity can reach 50 billion lamp beads.

★Dry illumination optoelectronic display chip intelligent upgrade project completed technical transformation filing

According to news on June 2, Jiangxi Qianzhao Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.’s future display chip intelligent upgrade project has officially completed the technical reform filing. The total investment in this expansion project is 228 million yuan, and the construction period is from May 2026 to December 2028. The second phase of the factory will be renovated, a 3,095 square meter dust-free workshop will be expanded, and 224 new automation equipment will be added or modified. After the project is completed and reaches production, it is expected that the future display LED epitaxy and chip production capacity will be 114,600 pieces per year, and the annual sales revenue will be 100 million yuan.

★With an annual output of 1 million units, the Suzhou LED car light control system project has started construction

According to news on May 30, the automotive LED car light electronic control system project invested and constructed by Suzhou Hanruisen Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. officially laid the foundation and started construction. The total land area of the project is approximately 7,519 square meters. It is planned to build two new production plants and construct supporting facilities such as roads, greening, and power supply and distribution. After the project reaches full production, it will have an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of LED lighting electronic control systems.

★Qingdao Micro LED project has launched design bidding, with a total investment of nearly 1 billion yuan

On May 29, Qingdao Public Resource Trading Electronic Service System issued a bidding announcement for a full-chain production project of ceramic glass substrates with an annual output of 1 million square meters. The bidding scope includes scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and full-process cooperation of construction. The project has a total investment of nearly 1 billion yuan and is an important part of Qingdao’s Micro LED advanced packaging production line.

★The first phase of the factory building of Dacai Optoelectronics Southwest Semiconductor New Display Manufacturing Base has been completed

It was reported on May 28 that the construction of the first phase of the Dacai Southwest Semiconductor New Display Manufacturing Base project located in Shizhong District, Leshan City has been completed and is expected to be officially completed and put into operation in August 2026. After the operation is put into operation, the annual output value can reach 1 billion yuan. The project has a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan and is invested and constructed by Zhejiang Dacai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
