With revenue of approximately 4.156 billion, Absen releases 2025 performance forecast

Recently, Absen disclosed its 2025 performance forecast and released the "Investor Relations Activity Record Form", fully disclosing the 2025 performance data and interpretation, as well as the 2026 development plan and other content.

▋ Estimated revenue in 2025 is approximately 4.156 billion

Absen released its performance forecast for 2025, which predicts that net profit will be positive and will increase by more than 50% year-on-year. The relevant data are as follows:

Operating income is approximately 4.156 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 13.46%

Net profit attributable to the parent company is approximately 240 million yuan to 290 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 105.32% to 148.09%

The non-net profit after deducting is approximately 218.85 million yuan to 268.85 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 188.35% to 254.23%

The gross profit margin is approximately 31%, an increase of approximately 3.5 percentage points year-on-year in 2024

The net operating cash flow is approximately 824 million yuan, an increase of approximately 440% year-on-year in 2024

Among them, in terms of domestic and overseas business revenue performance, overseas markets have further deepened localized operations, built an efficient and coordinated global channel network, and created differentiated brand advantages. Currently, the business has covered more than 140 countries, achieving operating income of approximately 3.193 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 8.94%; the domestic market has achieved operating income of approximately 963 million yuan in LED display, a year-on-year increase of approximately 31.56%, achieving growth against the trend.

Regarding the reasons for the year-on-year increase in gross profit margin, Absen said that on the R&D side, the company firmly implements the "technology leadership" strategy and successfully builds a virtuous cycle of "R&D investment-technological breakthrough-market premium"; on the product and delivery side, it promotes the "large single product" strategy to achieve large-scale, standardized and efficient production; on the market side, it continues to strengthen brand influence, build a service moat, focus on the operation of high-value projects and high-quality customers, and continue to increase customer life cycle value.

In addition, in terms of net operating cash flow, the announcement shows that Absen continues to strengthen accounts receivable management by proactively screening high-quality customers, focusing on high-quality orders, strictly implementing credit policies, and shortening the receivables turnover days by approximately 16 days. At the same time, relying on the "large single product" strategy and lean production model, Absen continues to improve inventory turnover efficiency, shortening inventory turnover days by approximately 3 days.

▋ The annual shipment volume of LED all-in-one machines has increased significantly year-on-year

Recently, Absen released the "Investor Relations Activity Record Form", which disclosed the core interpretation of 2025 performance, 2026 development plan, the company's six core competitiveness and other contents.

According to the announcement, the LED display industry will face pressure from oversupply and fierce price competition in 2025. Absen will achieve steady development by relying on its technology and market advantages. The specific performance on the product side, the market side, and the technology side are as follows:

On the product side, the annual orders of the A25 series exceeded 1 billion, the sales volume of the NTV2 series reached 100,000 units in four months, and the X4K series won international industry awards;

On the market side, overseas markets have achieved growth against the trend in incremental regions such as Southeast Asia and Latin America, in line with the growth trend of global overseas markets;

On the technology side, a large amount of research and development expenses have been invested for many years, and a number of invention patents have been held. Products such as COB curved screens and virtual studios have become industry benchmarks, and technical barriers continue to be built.

In addition, on the issue of the company's value anchor, Absen mentioned that the company's brand value has reached 16.6 billion. With its brand recognition, it leads the way in LED all-in-one machines and other tracks. The annual shipment volume has increased significantly year-on-year, laying a solid foundation for overseas market expansion.

Looking forward to 2026, Absen stated that it will focus on the following three major directions:

First, deepen the implementation of technology, promote the large-scale optimization of COB and MIP technologies, and accelerate the replication and application of AI+ display scenarios in business, cultural tourism and other fields;

Second, seize the incremental market, focusing on the layout of tracks driven by both policy and demand such as LED movie screens and AR displays;

3. Continue to optimize the global layout, consolidate advantages in overseas markets, while exploring potential scenarios such as domestic education informatization, and strive to transform technology and market advantages into sustained performance growth and bring long-term stable returns to investors.
