Two more major LED display projects were put into production and commissioned

Recently, the LED-related projects of Longli Technology and Hikvision have been announced to be completed and put into use. Among them, Longli Technology's production base in Vietnam has been officially put into operation. It will focus on the large-scale manufacturing of vehicle-mounted Mini LED modules to help it further develop the international vehicle-mounted display market. At the same time, Hikvision Wuhan Science and Technology Park was officially opened, aiming to strengthen its technology research and development and productization capabilities in LED and other aspects.

▋ Longli Technology’s Vietnam factory goes into production

On February 4, Longli Technology’s Vietnam factory was officially put into operation. The production base mainly focuses on high-end display products such as vehicle-mounted Mini LED to meet customer needs and achieve production capacity targets, and provide faster and more accurate supply chain support to global customers.

According to public information, the Vietnam factory is Longli Technology’s first important overseas production base after its domestic production bases in Huizhou, Xiamen and other places, marking a solid step forward in the company’s globalization strategy.

Longli Technology focuses on overall backlight display module solutions. In the first three quarters of 2025, Longli Technology achieved operating income of 1.092 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.01%; it achieved net profit attributable to the parent company of 46.32 million yuan. In 2025, Longli Technology will continue to promote the accelerated penetration of Mini LED technology in automotive and other business fields.

In the field of vehicle display, Longli Technology's Mini LED technology has been applied in the new M7, Jikrypton 9X, Zhiji LS6 and NIO ES8 series models.

In addition to the Vietnam factory project, Longli Technology's new display intelligent manufacturing base project will start in December 2025. According to experts, Display understands that the project has a total investment of 1.375 billion yuan and focuses on the construction of smart manufacturing-related facilities and production capacity for backlight display modules.

▋ Hikvision Wuhan Science and Technology Park was officially opened

According to news from China Optics Valley on February 10, Hikvision Wuhan Science and Technology Park was officially opened.

It is understood that the project will officially start construction in Wuhan Optics Valley Central City in December 2021. The project is custom-developed by KIC Innovation World. It consists of 5 towers and 7 podiums, with a total construction area of 200,000 square meters and an above-ground construction area of 120,000 square meters. It will be completed in October 2024.

After the project is completed, it will carry out research and development innovations such as IoT sensing, big data, and smart storage, focus on production management, government affairs and people's livelihood and other directions to expand digital integration applications of scenarios, and collaborate with Hikvision's Central China manufacturing base to build "R&D + production" capabilities for dome cameras, IT, LED, and smart storage products.

Public information shows that Hikvision is positioned in the intelligent IoT products and services industry, covering IoT sensing, artificial intelligence, big data, system operation and maintenance, smart home and other technologies and products. Among them, in display applications, the company continues to deploy Mini LED, COB and energy-saving products, focusing on LED core process manufacturing, and building dual self-developed production bases in Tonglu and Wuhan.

In terms of performance, based on comprehensive business strategy adjustments, Hikvision achieved total operating revenue of 92.518 billion yuan in 2026, a slight increase of 0.02% from the same period last year; it achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 14.188 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.46%.
