In the field of pixel-level intelligent interaction, Huayinxin jointly developed Mini/MicroLED light source modules to achieve key technological breakthroughs and promote precise light control to a new stage:

The MicroLED light source for high-pixel projection headlights integrates 40,000 micron-level independent light control chips with a pixel pitch of 40µm. It has high-resolution image projection capabilities and can realize multiple functions such as lighting, information display, and image projection;

The welcome lamp uses MicroLED light source, integrating megapixels in the 0.6-inch light source area to achieve 360° full-scale light language projection, bringing a personalized interactive experience that projects exclusive light and shadow when approaching and switches colors after taking a seat.

ADB's matrix MiniLED light source for adaptive high beam uses a self-developed car-standard flip-chip chip with advanced optical anti-crosstalk technology. It has hundreds of pixel partitions and a pixel pitch of ~50μm. It can adaptively adjust the light pattern, taking into account both anti-dazzle and lighting clarity;

Huayinxin SCSP series car-grade light sources rely on self-developed and self-produced car-grade chips and exclusive packaging technology to achieve perfect compatibility of excellent performance and compact structure. This series of products covers the power range of 0.1~9W and provides multiple light color options of White/Amber/Red/Cyan. The minimum package size is only 0.5*0.5mm². The light emission angle can be flexibly adjusted between 120° and 175°. It also has excellent color consistency and brightness uniformity. It can provide highly flexible and adaptable light source solutions for various vehicle scenarios such as high and low beams, signal lights, ambient lights, and auxiliary driving sign lights.

In terms of scene implementation, Huayinxin focused on demonstrating the innovation results of functional integration: the blue and yellow two-color combination lamp integrates the functions of signal light and auxiliary driving sign light, greatly improving space utilization; complete matrix products for front-mounted lighting such as low beams and reversing lights were simultaneously unveiled, fully demonstrating the company's mature implementation capabilities in the field of vehicle-mounted light source front-mounting.

On the first day of the exhibition, the booth was very popular. Technical staff had in-depth exchanges with customers from OEMs and automotive lighting manufacturers on MicroLED projection accuracy, ADB control strategies, etc.
