Covering high-end, mid-range and cost-effective ISD interactive display solutions

Jinko Electronics provides integrated product solutions from light source devices to modules, promoting the comprehensive upgrade of car lights from "lighting function" to "intelligent interaction". Launched multiple series of front and rear interactive module products covering full color, white light, red light, etc., with pixel pitch ranging from P1.25 to P4, forming a complete product system covering high-end, mid-range and high cost performance.

At the solution level, Jinko Electronics focuses on launching the 2020 RGB P3.4 interactive module that combines cost and performance. The product is more than 1 meter long, and its core is equipped with Jinko Electronics’ self-developed automotive-grade low-power 2020 RGB LED device, which has excellent stability and reliability. A single lamp bead can achieve uniform light emission, support 16 million color full-color display, and present an excellent picture layering and delicacy. While ensuring high-quality display effects, the cost solution is optimized to form a highly cost-effective product advantage.

In terms of structural design, Jinko Electronics ISD interactive module adopts an ultra-narrow frame and an ultra-large light-emitting surface design, combined with a bendable and conformable PCBA structure, which significantly enhances the creative space for interactive design of car lights, and can perfectly present a seamless display visual effect even under curved surface shapes.

A vehicle-mounted backlight solution to create a high-quality cockpit visual experience

For application scenarios such as dashboards, central control screens, passenger entertainment screens, and multi-screen linkage in smart cockpits, Jinko Electronics has launched Mini LEDs covering different sizes and partition configurations, relying on its deep technical accumulation in the field of automotive-grade light sources and its mature large-scale customized development and manufacturing capabilities for backlight module solutions. At this exhibition, the 15.6-inch RGB Mini LED automotive backlight module was displayed for the first time. It is independently controlled by R/G/B three-color light-emitting chips and combined with a light and color control algorithm to achieve accurate color restoration and uniform brightness output. It has 2688 independently controlled partitions and a million-level contrast ratio, with clear and delicate picture quality effects; the peak brightness exceeds 2000 nits, and the display is still clear in strong light environments; the wide color gamut coverage exceeds 130%, presenting a more colorful and realistic visual effect, bringing users a high-quality smart cockpit visual experience.

In terms of ultra-large size application solutions, Jinko Electronics has simultaneously launched a 29.8-inch Mini LED splicing automotive backlight module, which adopts an ultra-thin design of OD ≤ 2mm and is perfectly adapted to the integrated display solution of instrument, central control and passenger screen, achieving seamless visual extension and further improving the screen visual effect and viewing experience.

At the Intelligent Cockpit and Display Innovation Technology Forum, Wan Chuiming, Operations Director of Jinko Electronics’ Automotive Grade Light Source Division, focused on sharing automotive grade LED and Mini LED automotive backlight solutions that combine performance and cost advantages. He said that Jinko Electronics has developed a variety of automotive-grade LED backlight devices for automotive backlight display applications, including 1515, 3030, 2016 and other direct-type and 3014, 4014 side-type LED backlight devices, and has also launched Mini LED automotive backlight module solutions with complete coverage from 9.9 inches to 29.6 inches. It has mature capabilities in consistency, process accuracy, yield management, structural design and cost optimization, and can meet the needs of large-scale and high-quality product delivery.

RGB LED light sources that unlock new dimensions of interior light and shadow

For automotive intelligent cockpit atmosphere environment applications, Jinko Electronics has launched a full range of RGB LED light source products covering door, central control, overhead space and other regional scene applications, including 3433 RGB, 3030 Medium and low-power devices such as RGB support high integration and flexible layout under limited cockpit space conditions, better meeting the free and flexible design needs of smart cockpits.

In addition, in terms of mature automotive-grade LED device products such as headlights, turn signals, rear combination lights, and autonomous driving sign lights, Jinko Electronics focuses on the ceramic high-power 1519 LED, which adopts a small light-emitting surface design to achieve high optical density output. The thermal resistance is reduced by 15%-30%, and the luminous flux density is increased by 15%-20%. The performance reaches the internationally advanced level, and can provide more efficient and reliable performance support for high/low beam lighting.

As for autonomous driving sign lights, Jinko Electronics' ADS Cyan Color LED accurately matches the international standard blue-green coordinates and has been used in large-scale mass production in multiple OEM models.

With years of profound technology accumulation in the field of automotive intelligent vision, Jinko Electronics has formed a series of packaging products covering EMC, SMD, PLCC and other packaging products, and has passed AEC-Q102 certification, building a mature and complete automotive intelligent vision product layout, with cumulative installed applications exceeding 10 million units.
