An equipment factory announced that it has received a 335 million yuan order from Zhaochi

On April 26, Silicone Semiconductor Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sidelion") issued an announcement announcing the signing of "Fixed Asset Procurement Contracts" with Zhaochi Semiconductor and Zhaochi Crystal Display respectively. The total contract amount reached 335 million yuan (tax included), accounting for 80.05% of the company's audited operating income in 2025. This cooperation marks an important business breakthrough for Silicon Power in the field of Mini/Micro LED chip testing and sorting.

According to the announcement, the contract amount signed by Silicon Power Co., Ltd. with Jiangxi Zhaochi Semiconductor is 42.921 million yuan (including tax), and the contract amount signed with Jiangxi Zhaochi Crystal Display is 292 million yuan (including tax). The subject matter of both contracts is semiconductor testing equipment. The payment method will be based on the payment nodes and proportions agreed in the contract. The performance period includes equipment delivery, installation and commissioning, and quality assurance.

The purchasers this time, Jiangxi Zhaochi Semiconductor and Jiangxi Zhaochi Crystal Display, are both important subsidiaries of Zhaochi Co., Ltd. in the LED field. The entire LED industry chain has become the core profit pillar of Zhaochi Co., Ltd. According to Zhaochi's 2025 annual report, its entire LED industry chain achieved operating income of 5.725 billion yuan, net profit of 871 million yuan, and profit contribution accounting for more than 60%. Among them, Zhaochi Semiconductor’s revenue is approximately 2.817 billion yuan, and Zhaochi Crystal Display’s revenue is approximately 1.383 billion yuan. This large-scale purchase demonstrates Zhaochi’s determination and strength to continue increasing its efforts in high-end Mini/Micro LED manufacturing.

Silicon Power made it clear in the announcement that the signing of this contract is an important business breakthrough for the company in the field of Mini/Micro LED, aiming to meet customers' needs for efficient testing and sorting of smaller-sized, higher-precision chips. The 335 million yuan order won in one fell swoop not only means that the company's technical capabilities have been recognized again by leading customers, but also may indicate that its business has achieved key changes and increased volume in the high-growth track of Mini/Micro LED.
