A company won the bid for Micro LED equipment and received an order of 20 million in March

On January 9, Inno Laser won the bid to purchase key Micro LED equipment from a strategic customer.

The winning product this time is laser stripping equipment for the primary process of Micro LED direct display process; in the past three months, Inno Laser’s Micro LED business has received nearly 20 million yuan in orders.

The core components of the fully automatic laser peeling equipment delivered this time use a self-developed high-quality deep ultraviolet ultrafast laser, and are matched with a self-developed advanced optical system, which can meet the dual process requirements of high quality and high productivity.

This equipment uses high-repetition-frequency pulse laser, combined with a high-speed galvanometer scanning system and a precision motion platform, to achieve precise control and distribution of laser energy, providing a strong guarantee for high-quality processing and long-term stable operation of the equipment. During the stripping process, this equipment can effectively protect the chip's light-emitting structure and ensure high yield in the process.

In addition, this equipment is compatible with two processing methods: traditional overlapping spot peeling and advanced single spot peeling. It can adapt to different specifications of die and achieve high-speed peeling and mass production, helping the Micro LED industry accelerate the industrialization process from the source.

In the field of mass transfer of Micro LED, Inno Laser's entire line process is based on the independent innovative solid laser technology route and focuses on the in-depth collaboration of equipment, processes and materials. The research and development, proofing and delivery of related projects are progressing smoothly.
