Signify, price increase! Mulinsen, price increase! Zhou Ming, increase the price!

In recent days, leading players such as Signify, Unilumin, Mulinsen, Leyard, and Silanwei have issued price increase letters. Many of them are the second or even fifth round of price increases this year.

Signify

On July 1, Signify Investment Co., Ltd. once again issued a price adjustment notice for LED OEM products to all partners and end customers of the OEM business unit.

Signify said that recently, due to the continued rise in raw material prices, related production costs have increased. Therefore, the prices of some products need to be adjusted accordingly. Starting from July 1, 2026, the dealer purchase price of Philips CertaDrive SPS 24VDC series 24V switching power supply will be increased by 4.5% - 9%, and the product recommended resale price will be updated simultaneously.

It is worth noting that this price adjustment is Signify’s fifth round of price increases in 2026. The products affected are:

Traditional lighting products

Engineering professional lamps

Brand series products

OEM LED products, OEM drive power supply

Unilumin Technology

On July 3, Unilumin Technology issued a "Notice on Product Price Adjustment" to customers, announcing that it would gradually increase the prices of various product lines starting from July 6.

Unilumin Technology stated that recently, affected by the sharp increase in raw material prices, the company's core material procurement costs have increased significantly. After careful evaluation by the company, the company had to make a price adjustment decision.

Unilumin Technology pointed out that the company will continue to alleviate cost pressure through technological innovation and management optimization, and is committed to creating more long-term value for customers.

Similarly, since 2026, Unilumin Technology has made multiple rounds of price adjustments for its various product lines, from LED display product lines and some outdoor lighting products to covering the entire range of products.

Mulinsen

On July 1, Xinyu Mulinsen Electronics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulinsen, issued a price increase notice, announcing that it would increase the price of all PCB products by 10% to 15% starting from July 7, 2026.

The company said that due to the influence of the upstream raw material glass cloth, the price of copper-clad laminate, the raw material required for PCB production, continues to rise sharply, and the supply is in short supply, causing the cost of copper-clad laminate, the core main material of PCB, to soar; there will be further shortages of plates in the third and fourth quarters, and prepayments guarantee supply but not price. So it was decided to raise the price again.

This is the third time that the company has raised PCB prices in recent times. The previous two increases were by 20% on June 12 and another 10% on June 17.

In addition, other companies under Mulinsen will also take turns to adjust prices in 2026. In March 2026, LEDVANCE's light source and lighting products in China will increase prices by 5%-15% again; Ji'an Mulinsen Display Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Mulinsen, announced on June 5 that it will raise prices for a full range of module products by 10%-15%.

Riad

On July 1, Leyard issued a notice on the price adjustment of COB series products.

Leyard said that due to the recent fluctuations in the global supply chain and the market conditions of upstream raw materials, the procurement costs of core components of the company's COB series products have continued to rise significantly. After careful study and decision by the company, the price of the company's entire series of COB products will be increased by 5%-10%, effective from August 1, 2026.

In February and June this year, Leyard also announced multiple price adjustments of 3%-15% for most LED display products.

Silan Wei

Recently, Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics officially issued a price adjustment notice, stating that due to recent fluctuations in the upstream raw material market and changes in the supply and demand structure of the industrial chain, various costs in the company's supply chain have continued to rise, especially the prices of key raw materials required for wafer manufacturing and the comprehensive costs of packaging and testing have increased significantly. After multiple rounds of calculations and evaluations, it has been found that the current rising supply chain costs have exceeded the company's ability to fully digest them.

Therefore, it has been decided to increase the prices of its various product lines by 15% starting from July 1, 2026, signaling a new round of price increases for domestic power chips.
