According to TrendForce’s latest survey, the global OLED display market will show strong growth resilience in the second quarter of 2026. While major brand manufacturers are launching new models one after another, driving overall shipments, the "618" annual large-scale e-commerce festival promotion period has added benefits to the sales, coupled with the continued penetration and active promotion of the market's main 27-inch QHD specification models, the momentum of the overall industry chain is heating up.
The combination of multiple positive factors pushed OLED display shipments to increase by 26.1% quarter-on-quarter in the second quarter. Compared with the same period in 2025, the annual growth rate was as high as 98%, almost doubling the growth, reflecting that the penetration rate of OLED display technology in the e-sports and high-end display markets is rapidly expanding.
The shipment rankings of the top five OLED display brands in the second quarter were the same as those in the first quarter. ASUS benefited from the 618 promotion and strong market demand in e-sports venues, leading the market with a high market share of 23.1%, and continued to rank first in shipments.
Samsung held on to second place with a market share of 13.1%. MSI benefited from the 618 promotion and captured 12.8% of the market, ranking third. It is worth noting that due to differences in promotions and regional layout, the gap between Samsung and MSI narrowed to only 0.3 percentage points.
AOC relied on its active new machine layout and product expansion, especially its strong efforts in its main 27-inch QHD products, and the support of solid demand in the Chinese market. In the second quarter, AOC successfully won the fourth place with a market share of 8.6%.
LGE ranked fifth with a market share of 8.4%. Its 39-inch WUHD high-end models successfully increased sales in the second quarter as expected, significantly boosting the overall shipment performance of the brand's OLED displays and achieving solid quarterly growth.
TrendForce said that with the advantage of increasingly abundant panel supply resources, backward brands have experienced significant incremental breakthroughs, and their shipment scale has rapidly expanded, accelerating to narrow the gap with the previous leading manufacturers. Whether subsequent rankings will change as a result, it is worth observing.
