On January 6, the global high-tech event CES 2026 officially kicked off in Las Vegas, USA. At this exhibition, Zhaochi Technology took technological innovation as its core and made a stunning appearance at booth 19517 of LVCC Central Hall with its full-scenario display solution. At the same time, it launched RGB-Mini LED backlight TV products to demonstrate China's technological strength.

The debut of RGB-Mini LED backlight TV

As the core of this exhibition, Zhaochi's world premiere of the 65-inch RGB-Mini LED backlight TV RM4K65 uses the dual advantages of "self-developed core + subversive architecture" to reshape the underlying logic of the display and help the industry usher in the RGB backlight era.

From the perspective of industry pain points, the white light solution used in traditional Mini LED backlight technology relies on KFS phosphor or quantum dot conversion, that is: blue Mini LED chip + phosphor/quantum dot to achieve white light, and then the color is presented through the color filter of the LCD panel. This indirect color scheme affects the purity of the color.

The RGB-Mini LED backlight solution directly uses Mini LED chips of three primary colors of red, green, and blue for mixed light or independent emission, without the need for secondary light color conversion. This structural difference brings about a significant improvement in image quality. Its color gamut, color purity and saturation, contrast, brightness control accuracy and energy consumption are superior to traditional backlight solutions. It also has greater flexibility and potential in color adjustment and white level control.

Therefore, since 2025, RGB-Mini LED backlight solutions have become a hot topic in the industry, and the market generally believes that RGB-Mini LED TVs are the ultimate answer to LCD TVs.

However, the development path of RGB-Mini LED backlight is not smooth. Through self-developed RGB three primary color backlights, bid farewell to the traditional white light phosphor solution, achieving 91%-96% BT.2020 ultra-wide color gamut and 99%-100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Paired with COB+ dispensing process packaging, RM4K65 ensures image quality performance and stable performance from the hardware foundation;

It is the first to realize TV SoC direct drive RGB backlight, simplifying complexity, successfully eliminating the need for expensive redundant image quality processing ICs in the industry, and directly analyzing and outputting three-color control signals through SoC. This change not only makes the link shorter, responds faster, and provides purer image quality, but also significantly reduces hardware costs and solves the previous industry problem of RGB-Mini LED technology being difficult to implement on a large scale due to high costs.

At the exhibition, Zhaochi Technology also integrated the three core display technologies of Mini LED backlight, Micro LED, and projection to showcase a full range of products including smart projectors, monitors, home theaters, and commercial displays.

By superimposing the first-launched RGB-Mini LED products, Zhaochi has successfully achieved full-size coverage from small to medium sizes, large sizes to ultra-large sizes, full market coverage from the ordinary display market to the high-end display market, and diversified scene coverage from home, commercial to outdoor, accurately matching the differentiated needs of different users.

Among them, Micro LED series products, as the core solution for ultra-large high-end displays, have become the focus of the exhibition area. The 162" 4K Micro LED TV and 135" 4K Micro LED TV on display this time are both equipped with full flip-chip Micro LED chips to achieve seamless ultra-high-definition display effects and delicate pictures. Whether it is dynamic image playback or static picture display, it can present clear, smooth and pure color visual effects.

Currently, Zhaochi's Micro LED TV is officially authorized by Google TV & ROKU TV in the international market, and is equipped with popular multimedia content services in China.
