"LED Devices for Ultra-HD Display" successfully passed the review of the first batch of provincial manufacturing single champion companies.

"Individual manufacturing champions" refer to enterprises that have long-term focus on specific subdivisions of the manufacturing industry, have good basic conditions for innovation and strong technological innovation capabilities, have production technology or process levels that have reached international and domestic leading levels, and have a single product market share that ranks among the top globally or nationally.

Smart Healthy Optoelectronic Devices

The newly selected "Smart Healthy Optoelectronic Devices" are the innovations launched by Nationstar Optoelectronics in response to the miniaturization and high-end development needs of smart wearable devices.

Based on self-designed LED chips and advanced packaging technology, this series of products has achieved key performance breakthroughs: the power consumption of the transmitting device is reduced by about 5% at the same brightness, and the size of the receiving device is reduced by more than 15% while maintaining the same photosensitive area. It has high precision, low power consumption and easy integration features, and can be accurately adapted to small wearable devices such as smart rings and bracelets. From 2022 to 2024, this product will continue to maintain the first place in the domestic market share, and has entered the supply chain of many leading brands, promoting the development of the smart wearable market towards high-end development.

LED Devices for Ultra-HD Display

The "LED Devices for Ultra-HD Display" that passed the review this time will be rated as the provincial manufacturing single champion product in 2023, and will continue to maintain the first place in the national and global market share from 2022 to 2024.

This series of products is the core result of Nationstar Optoelectronics’ independent research and development in response to the trend of high-definition and intelligent LED displays. Through the first blackened substrate and highlight extraction packaging architecture, the product breaks through the mass production limit of high-density devices with a pitch of 0.4, achieves point pitch display below P0.X, and significantly improves picture clarity and detail expression. At present, this series of products has successfully entered the supply chain of security giants such as Dahua Technology and Hikvision, and is widely used in high-end conference centers, command and control centers, high-end commercial exhibition halls and other scenarios, providing new impetus to accelerate the development of the ultra-high-definition display market.

Currently, Nationstar Optoelectronics has won 1 national-level manufacturing individual championship and 3 provincial-level manufacturing individual championships. It has formed a single championship product family supported by "LED devices for high-definition display", "multi-function indicator module" and "intelligent health optoelectronic device", covering key areas such as high-definition display, multi-function indication and intelligent health sensing, demonstrating the company's solid technology accumulation and continued market leadership in multiple subdivisions.
