Sharing a solution for anti-interference in AC LED lighting fixture signals

     To enable LED fixtures operating under AC 220V to transmit DMX/RDM signals over long distances without interference, 

ensuring stable performance.

1. Hybrid Cable Design
   We integrate power wires and signal wires into one cable, improving the production efficiency of LED fixtures.
   
   2. First Layer of Signal Shielding – Aluminum Foil
   The signal wires are wrapped with aluminum foil as the primary shielding layer against external interference.
   
   3. Second Layer of Signal Shielding – Copper Braid
   Over the aluminum foil, a copper mesh braid provides secondary shielding. This layer also enables electromagnetic signal output and can be connected to both the waterproof connector and the fixture housing.
   
   4. Signal-Power Separation in Waterproof Connector
   The waterproof connector is designed with separated pathways for signal and power, delivering a greater creepage distance for enhanced safety.
   
   5. High Current & Power Handling
   The connector supports up to 20A current and provides stable transmission at 4500W.
